Terms & Conditions - the basics
By submitting an inquiry, booking an appointment, or receiving services from SweetPea Studio, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Booking & Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received and contract has been signed. Deposits are applied toward your total service balance and are non-refundable.
Bridal Trials: Bridal trials are available for a $100 fee and are separate from the wedding-day service. A trial is recommended for brides who would like to preview and perfect their desired look before their wedding day.
Cancellations & Changes: Deposits and payments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment, please contact SweetPea Studio as soon as possible. Appointments cancelled or changed may be subject to the applicable booking policies and availability.
Late Policy: A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in adjustments to your service, additional fees, or cancellation of the appointment if there is not enough time to complete the service. SweetPea Studio will do its best to accommodate you while respecting the schedule of all clients.
Travel: Travel is complimentary for locations within 15 miles. Travel beyond 15 miles is charged at $2 per additional mile. Travel fees are added to the final service total.
Additional Artists: When a booking requires an additional makeup artist, a $125 second-artist fee applies. SweetPea Studio will coordinate the additional artist as needed to accommodate larger parties and schedules.
Service & Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their appointment, event details, location, and desired services. Please communicate any relevant allergies, sensitivities, or concerns before your appointment. SweetPea Studio reserves the right to modify or decline a service when necessary for the safety of the client or artist.
Pricing & Services: SweetPea Studio reserves the right to update services, pricing, availability, and policies at any time. The pricing and policies provided at the time of booking will apply to your appointment.
Agreement: By booking with SweetPea Studio, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, as well as any applicable booking policies provided during the inquiry or booking process.
